Velion Holding Zrt. is building a condominium complex of 270 modern, affordably priced apartments on Telepes Street in Budapest's 14th district, where the surrounding environment can also be significantly renewed. The goal is not only to create quality new homes, but also to beautify the cityscape, increase the proportion of green spaces and provide community areas for those who live here. The five independent, five-storey residential buildings — designed with respect for both people and the environment — encircle a green courtyard and are connected underground by a shared garage, preserving the neighbourhood's beloved small-town character while also providing the opportunity to create substantial green areas.

Ground-floor apartments have their own private gardens, while on the upper levels rooftop gardens await residents — partly as private property, partly as shared community gardens. The varied façades, adapted to orientation and layout, are articulated by spacious balconies in a chequerboard pattern.
